Try at home

For pieces above ₹50,000 — and especially bridal solitaires, substantial bangles, and statement necklaces — we offer a 7-day try-at-home service. The piece arrives at your address, you wear it, photograph it in your light, hold it against your other jewellery, and decide.

How it works

1. WhatsApp us with the piece you'd like to try. Mention your pincode and ID details (Aadhaar number — for KYC) so we can verify and dispatch.
2. We hold a deposit equal to the piece's value. Paid via UPI or bank transfer. This is fully refunded when the piece is returned, or applied against the purchase if you decide to keep it.
3. The piece arrives, fully insured. We use a dedicated jewellery courier (Sequel / Brink's). Tracking is shared with you. Delivery requires your signature and ID match.
4. You have 7 days from delivery. Wear it. Show the family. Visit a temple. Hold it next to other pieces from your trousseau. There's no obligation either way.
5. Decide. Keep the piece — your deposit becomes full or partial payment, and we issue the GST invoice. Or, return it — pickup is arranged at our cost, deposit refunded within 24 hours of receiving.

Eligibility & limits

• Available on pieces above ₹50,000.
• Up to two pieces per try-at-home session.
• Available across India where Sequel / Brink's deliver.
• Aadhaar / Passport ID verification required.
• Maximum hold period: 7 days from delivery.

What you can't do

• Resize, alter, or modify the piece during the trial period.
• Wear it to events where it could be damaged (we strongly recommend keeping it in its box outside of trial moments).
• Lend it or give it to anyone else during the trial.

These restrictions exist because the piece, during the trial, is still our inventory — we want it to come back in showroom-condition if you decide not to keep it.

The deposit explained

We hold the full value of the piece as a deposit because pieces in this price range are uninsurable in transit without it. The deposit is fully refundable, refunded within 24 hours of the piece being returned to us in its original condition, and never considered "earned" by us — it's simply held in escrow.

If you've been a regular customer or have purchased from us before, we can sometimes waive the full deposit and hold a partial amount instead. WhatsApp us if you'd like to discuss.
