These terms govern your use of cauveryjewellers.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

1. Who we are

SRI CAUVERY JEWELLERS, a sole proprietorship registered in Karnataka, India, with its principal place of business at 439/1, Suntikoppa Town, Somawarpet Taluk, Kodagu, Karnataka — 571 237. GSTIN: 29EGNPM5313M1ZR. PAN: EGNPM5313M.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to use this site or place an order. By using the site, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account and security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your mobile number, OTP, and account access secure.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Pricing and payment

• Gold prices are computed live from the regional bullion market rate, multiplied by the piece's weight, plus making charges, stone value (if any), and 3% GST.
• Prices on the website are correct at the moment of display and are locked when you complete payment. Any gold-rate movement between adding to bag and paying is reflected in the final price you authorise.
• We accept payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking) and, for items below ₹50,000, cash on delivery for verified phone numbers.
• All prices are inclusive of GST. The breakdown — gold value, making, stones, GST — is shown on the product page and the final invoice.

5. Order acceptance

Placing an order is your offer to buy. Our acceptance is confirmed when:

• Payment is received and verified.
• The piece is confirmed in stock or the production lead time is communicated.
• We send the order confirmation by email and WhatsApp.

We may decline an order at our discretion if there is reason to believe it's fraudulent, the address can't be verified, or the item is mispriced due to a clear technical error. If we decline after payment, you'll be refunded in full within 5 business days.

6. Hallmark and certification

Every gold piece is BIS-hallmarked. Every diamond above 0.30 ct is IGI- or GIA-certified. The hallmark and grading certificate accompany every shipment. See our hallmark page for detail.

See our shipping policy for full details. In summary: free above ₹5,000, fully insured, signature required, 2 – 7 business days nationwide.

9. Intellectual property

All photos, videos, copy, designs, and the website itself are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You retain ownership of any reviews or photos you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display them alongside the relevant product.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the price you paid for that piece. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Force majeure

We're not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control — natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, transport disruptions, internet outages, supplier failures.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mysuru, Karnataka. Before going to court, you agree to email us with the issue and give us 30 days to resolve it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be announced via email and on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
