Returns & exchange
Two policies, both straightforward. Returns within 15 days, lifetime exchange on the metal value any time after.
15-day return window
You can return any non-customised piece within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid. We don't ask for a reason. We don't apply any deductions other than the re-evaluation cost set out below.
Eligibility
- The piece is in showroom condition — unworn, unaltered, and unsized.
- Original packaging, hallmark certificate, diamond certificate (if applicable), and GST invoice are returned with it.
- The 15 days are counted from the delivery date stamped on the courier's tracking page.
What we deduct
- Nothing for hallmark / certified pieces returned in showroom condition with all documentation.
- 1% re-certification charge if the certificate envelope or seal has been opened — we have to re-verify with the lab before resale.
- Re-polishing charge (₹500 – ₹2,000) if the piece shows minor wear that can be polished out. Quoted before refund.
What we cannot accept as returns
- Custom-made or commissioned pieces (full refund only if there's a quality defect).
- Pieces that have been resized or altered.
- Pieces returned without their hallmark certificate or stone certificate.
- Pieces with visible damage, scratching, or signs of substantial wear.
- Coins and bars — by industry standard, these are not returnable.
How to return
- WhatsApp us with your order number and a brief note saying you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility within a few hours.
- We arrange pickup from your address via the same insured carrier we used to ship. Pickup is at our cost — no charge to you.
- We inspect on arrival. 24 – 48 hours from receipt, we confirm the piece is in showroom condition and any deductions (if any).
- Refund issued. Within 5 business days from inspection, the refund hits your original payment method (Razorpay reverse, bank transfer, or UPI).
Lifetime exchange (after the 15-day window)
After 15 days — even years later — any gold or diamond piece you bought from us can be exchanged toward a new purchase. The value is computed at that day's gold rate plus the original stone value (if certified). See the full exchange policy for the details.
Defects & quality issues
If you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect — a clasp that doesn't close, a stone that has loosened in transit, a hallmark that's missing or unclear — please WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We'll arrange a free pickup, repair or replace the piece at our cost (your choice), and ship it back insured. There is no time limit on manufacturing defects — we stand behind every piece for as long as it exists.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other Indian consumer law. If anything is unclear or if you feel a return has been handled unfairly, please escalate by emailing the contact in our terms of service before approaching consumer forums — we'll always try to resolve quickly and in good faith.
