Our story

Sri Cauvery Jewellers opened at Suntikoppa, in the hills of Coorg, more than 20 years ago. We started small — a single counter, a polishing wheel, a scale that still weighs every gram of every order today.

Our customers are Coorgi families, neighbours from Kushalnagar and Madikeri, and the wider South Indian wedding circuit who travel here for pieces they cannot find in the city malls. They come because they trust us — and that trust was earned one piece at a time, over thousands of weddings, festivals, and quiet anniversary gifts.

What we believe

Jewellery, done well, is not a transaction. It's an heirloom in the making. The bangle a daughter wears on her wedding day might be the same one her grandmother wore — re-set, re-polished, re-imagined for a new generation. We design for that long arc.

Every piece in our collection is BIS-hallmarked. Every diamond above a third of a carat is IGI- or GIA-certified. Every weight is double- checked on a calibrated scale, and every making charge is broken out line-by-line on the invoice. We do not believe in mystery.

Why we built this website

Some customers can't always make the drive to Suntikoppa. Their children, scattered across Bengaluru, Mumbai, and the Gulf, want to send a piece home for an occasion. Our families wanted Cauvery Jewellers to be reachable from anywhere — but with the same trust, the same hallmarks, the same hand-finishing.
